My favourite indulgence is trying new things! There are so many foods that I already love – but there is so much more out there for me to try and fall in love with!
When time feels suspended, and I can laze around in the sun with a perfectly brewed cup of tea, fresh scones, and a good read
My favourite indulgence is the perfect amalgamation of protein and carbohydrates. Crispy, juicy and hearty yet refined, uniting family and friends in a delicious feast.
My favourite indulgence is eating good food with family and friends.
My favourite is properly baked cheesecake (none of that light stuff) with a side of vanilla ice cream.
My favourite indulgence is feasting with my loved ones: good food with good company make the best of times.
Eating ice cream in bed while watching TV, not so much an indulgence, as it is an every day occurrence…
My favorite indulgence is fresh, seasonal foods from my local farmers market, cooked to perfection and accompanied by whole, gluten-free grains so my tummy doesn’t hurt. 😉
High tea in London!!! (Oh, and Auntie Anne’s Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels – YUM!!!)
Has to be chocolate! Can’t go wrong with a classic!
Salty french fries with chocolate ice cream. YUM!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful warm gooey chocolate fondants with real vanilla ice-cream. You wouldn’t even know that they are gluten free! Oh, with a glass of Noble One too!!
In my books, nothing beats fresh whole crabs stirred fried simply with garlic and spring onion, on an egg noodle base, Cantonese style! (And the freshest of the freshest Tasmanian oysters, au naturel!)
Preparing and eating anything Gluten Free with my 7 year old daughter who is coeliac
My favourite indulgence would be NON GF pizza, but after reading this article I have renewed faith this will occur when I purchase your book.
I have a few GF friends who tried out the recipes and they love this book! I hope you win!
I’m looking forward to checking this cookbook out. My fav indulgence is fresh noodles sir fried with sesame. I used to make my own noodles BGF (before gluten free). I wish I could indulge in a huge bowl right now!
Rich boiled fruit cake, cuppa tea, thee, and the sounds of the mystic cello in the background…
My favourite indulgence is taking the time to shop for the best ingredients and taking my time to good food with my children. Life is so busy most of the time, and cooking helps slow it all down.
I love to make a chocolate/orange self saucing pudding accompanied by some really good quality cream. I use really good quality cocoa powder which makes the difference
My last meal would have to be ripe fresh figs and prosciutto!
My daughter’s chocolate chip meringues – crisp on the outside, melt in the mouth inside. Exquisitely sweet and light as air.
